Lead Boldly. Grow Intentionally.

What brought me here

I've always been fascinated by the wonderful humans around us. Some of my greatest career experiences have been shaped by the people who cared, supported and challenged me. Equally, some of my hardest moments came when empathy, curiosity and understanding weren’t there. Looking back, both were transformative. They shaped my belief in the importance of relationships, human connection and the profound influence we have on one another. Throughout my corporate career, whether leading teams or building relationships with external partners, understanding people and what enables them to thrive was central to how I worked. Moving into executive coaching felt like the obvious next step, bringing together my years of commercial leadership experience, my fascination with human behaviour and everything I've learnt since about the art and science of coaching.

Experience that shapes my approach

I spent over 20 years in senior commercial and leadership roles, leading people and teams, developing large scale stakeholder relationships and navigating significant organisational change, with substantial commercial accountability.

Looking back, some of the most transformative moments in my career came from the people around me, the conversations we had and the confidence I developed in my own judgement. But that confidence didn't come easily or consistently. It took time to understand why I reacted as I did, why I sometimes kept quiet when I needed to speak up, avoided conversations I knew mattered, or couldn't quite understand why my teams weren't performing at their best.

My professional credentials

I'm a professionally qualified executive coach, trained through Barefoot Coaching, with a Postgraduate qualification in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester. I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP), and I am well along the pathway towards my ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential

My professional development matters enormously to me. I believe that if I'm asking others to examine their thinking, challenge their assumptions and continue to grow, I should expect the same of myself. Regular coaching supervision, continued professional development and a commitment to the quality and integrity of my coaching are fundamental to how I practise.
